• Quiet approaches. Over 25% of our purchases are off-market introductions. We approach owners and agents directly, without advertising your interest.
• Private viewings. Where agents allow, viewings can be arranged privately and at times that suit you.
• One point of contact. The fewer people who know, the better. You deal with one person throughout.

Our private searches are concentrated in prime central and north-west London: Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Regent's Park, St John's Wood and Hampstead. We know these streets and buildings, how homes here are priced, and the agents who handle them. Those relationships are how we hear about homes before they reach the portals, and often before they are marketed at all. When a home does attract multiple offers, those relationships and how we position your offer are why our clients secure it.

Working through your family office or advisers

If your affairs are managed by a family office, wealth manager, lawyer or PA, we work through them. We take the brief from them, report back to them, and involve you only at the moments that matter: the shortlist, the viewing, the decision.

If you are buying from overseas

We act as your eyes on the ground in London. We view on your behalf, send video walk-throughs and a clear assessment of each shortlisted home, so you only travel when there is something worth seeing.

For people with no time to search

We monitor the market daily, speak to agents before homes reach the portals, and bring you only the properties worth your time.
