How I work:
Free Initial Consultation
Contact me for a free initial consolation. I will discuss your goals and define your investment objectives. I will then share my thoughts and advice on market conditions and how we can meet them.
I will use my 25 years’ experience investing within London property, to give you expert advice together with local knowledge, so that you have an accurate expectation of what we can achieve.
Sourcing and Shortlisting
Once instructed, I will use my established local contacts, to conduct a search of available opportunities including off market properties. I will ensure that the key agents know of your search and that we are prioritised for details of new listings before they go public. In some areas, over 40% of properties are sold this way without ever being offered on the open market. I work hard to ensure that you know about all the best opportunities first.
Property Visits
I will visit each shortlisted property to evaluate its location, condition and the opportunity. As well as completing a video tour of the property, with information on the area, recently achieved prices and rental yields. I can then schedule additional viewings in person or remotely with you for any that are of interest.
Negotiating Value
I will negotiate on your behalf to ensure that you buy at the most competitive price. Ensuring, that any investments are made on the best possible terms.
Support throughout your purchase
I will liaise and support your law firm and surveyor to make sure that the purchase goes smoothly. I can also recommend local trusted firms that I have worked with.
Paid on Results
Other than a small deductible instruction fee, I charge on results. I am therefore extremely focused on your requirements and achieving everything that you need in your property specification. Due to the amount of time invested in each search I only take on a limited number of clients at a time.
