I make sure that all of the relevant agents know of your search and inform me of any suitable properties before they reach the open market. They understand that my clients have provided proof of funds and are serious buyers. This moves you to the top of their preferred potential purchasers. In some parts of London up to 40% of transactions are done before properties reach the open market.
Short-listing the best options
I personally will visit all of the shortlisted properties, prepare walk through videos and comparison information so that you can reach a decision remotely if you are not local.

Having me negotiate from when offer through to purchase, ensures that I fight for the best deal and terms that I can secure for you. Usually saving for more than the cost if my service.
Manging your purchase
I will liaise with your solicitors, surveyors and financial team to ensure that the purchase goes smoothly. I have contacts with leading solicitors, surveyors and finance professionals who I can recommend to act for you if needed.
I am paid on results.
Other than a small instruction fee, I am paid on results. I only earn when you find, secure and buy your chosen property. This ensures that I work on your search with focus and dedication, until I deliver results. I only take on a limited number of clients at a time, so that I can focus on your search with the time that it needs.
